Do you charge a delivery fees?
We offer free delivery within a 10km radius of Engadine, NSW, locations beyond this area are subject to a delivery fee TBA.

Suburbs within our free delivery zone include: Heathcote, Yarrawarrah, Loftus, Woronora Heights, Woronora, Bangor, Barden Ridge, Menai, Sutherland, Kirrawee, Gymea, Gymea Bay, Grays Point, Illawong, Alfords Point, Lugarno, Sylvania, and Lilli Pilli.

Do I get to keep everything?
Not quite… some items are party guests, not permanent residents!

While many elements (like balloons and cake toppers) are yours to keep, a few styling items are hire-only and need to be returned after your event. These include things like teddies, stands, cake plinths, signage, and other display props. Don’t worry — we’ll always let you know what’s hire and what’s yours during the quote process!

Is everything customisable?
Some of our goodies, such as our Ready-Made Magic range offer no changes, just grab and go!
But for our Signature Packages and styled setups, we do offer customisation. When you complete the relevant online form, make sure to let us know your theme, colours or inspo, and we’ll bring it to life!

How much notice do you need before my event?
Just like a guest list ‘the more the merrier’, especially for custom events! For our Ready-Made Magic range, we usually need 3–5 days’ notice. For full event styling or cakes, get in touch early so we can book you in before we’re fully popped.

Can I DIY install your balloon garlands?
Absolutely! Our garlands can be DIY installed, or we can professionally install them for $40.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes, we can cater for some dietary needs like gluten-free or nut-free. Just pop us a message when booking and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

Can I pick up my order instead of having it delivered?
Yes! Pick-up is available for select items including garlands, cakes, cupcakes, and fondant toppers. Just keep in mind that most standard SUVs (with seats down and no car seats) can usually fit garlands up to around 2.5m. For anything bigger, we recommend bringing a van or using PTYP Events' delivery service - to help avoid any squishy situations!

Do you have a payment policy?
Yes, a minimum 10% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance is due 14 days days prior to your event.
Full upfront payment applies for any last-minute orders (last-minute is classed as needing a service, cake etc the within 7-days prior to your event)

Do you have a cancellation policy?

  • Online Orders: Cancellations made at least 72hrs /3 days in advance will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 72hrs /3 days are non-refundable.

  • Custom Orders: Cancellations made at least 10 days prior to your event will have their 10% deposit refunded. Cancellations within 10 days are non-refundable.

Can I make changes to my order after it's placed?
Any modification requests must be made via email as early as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate and changes, it is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

How should I store my cake?
Storage varies:

  • Fondant Cakes: Should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

  • Butter Cakes: Should be kept refrigerated and brought to room temperature approximately 45 minutes before serving.

  • Dessert Cakes: Should be kept refrigerated and brought to room temperature approximately 15 minutes before serving.

What if I drop my cake or cupcakes after pickup?
Eeeek - we hope this NEVER happens! However, once your order is picked up and out in the wild, it’s officially in your hands (literally!).
We unfortunately can’t offer refunds or replacements for any damage that happens after collection.
That said, we know accidents happen—so if disaster does strike, get in touch and we’ll do our best to help with a last-minute fix (normal fees apply).

Will my event / order appear on your socials?
We take pride in what we do, and love showing it off on our socials! Events /cakes etc, may be photographed after setup / decorating for marketing and social platform purposes.
If you prefer not to have your event /cake featured, please let us know in advance.
